1 · This month
Set once for the whole team. Productivity uses Total working days − leave.
Total days (31) is just context — working days (26, weekends & holidays removed) is what the math uses.
2 · Tasks
Same list for everyone. Cycle time = minutes to finish one unit.
3 · Team
Each teammate: their leave (full days) and units done per task.
